Ingredients :
- 40gr Dry Proteina LS that has been soaked in water, kneaded, and drained with repetitions of 2-3x
- 2 cloves of minced garlic
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- Flour mixture (30 gr all-purpose flour, 10 gr cornstarch, a pinch of baking powder, ¼ tsp salt, ¼ tsp broth powder, 65 ml water)
- Mayonnaise sauce
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- a pinch of salt
Directions:
- Seasoning Proteina with garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Stir well and then let it stand for around 15 minutes.
- After 15 minutes, take the Proteina, rub it in the cornstarch (just a little) then dip it into the flour mixture.
- Fry the Proteina that has been coated with flour mixture until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
- For the sauce, mix mayonnaise, sweetened condensed milk, lime juice, and a little salt. Mix well and don't forget to taste. If it's too thick, you can add a little water.
- Add the Fried Proteina into the mayonnaise sauce that has been made. Stir evenly.
- Serve while warm. It can be sprinkled with toasted sesame seeds.
