(2-3 servings)
Ingredients :
- 2 cloves of minced garlic
- ½ large onion (or 1 small onion)
- 40 grams of sliced Proteina that has been soaked in water, kneaded and drained with repetitions of 2-3x
- 3 red curly chilies (or 1 bell pepper)
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp sweet soy sauce
- ½ tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 150 ml of water/broth water
- Salt, sugar, broth powder
Directions:
- Boil the broccoli (don't overcook it because it will cook again later). Set aside.
- Saute garlic and onion until fragrant. Add red chilies.
- Add Proteina and mix well
- Add oyster sauce, sweet soy sauce, soy sauce, black pepper, seasonings, then stir evenly.
- Add water then add the half-cooked broccoli. Cook until broccoli is cooked. If the gravy is too runny, you can add cornstarch.
- Ready to serve.
