Backed Rice Proteina

(3-4 servings)

Ingredients :

  • 2 tbsp butter/oil
  • 600 gr cooked rice/300 gr rice
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 small onion
  • 40 gr Dry Proteina MK
  • 3-4 tablespoons of tomato sauce
  • 2 stalks of green onions
  • 250 ml of milk
  • 40 gr of grated cheese
  • 50 gr of mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tsp salt
  • Pepper
  • Oregano (optional)

Directions:

  1. Sauté the garlic and onion until fragrant then add the Proteina. Stir well.
  2. Add cooked rice and stir. Add spring onions, salt, pepper, cheese and tomato sauce, then mix well.
  3. Pour in the milk, stir, then let it stand until absorbed.
  4. Prepare a heat-resistant container, and put in the rice. Add mozzarella cheese and sprinkle oregano on top.
  5. Bake in the oven at 150°C for about 5-7 minutes.
