(3-4 servings)
Ingredients :
- 2 tbsp butter/oil
- 600 gr cooked rice/300 gr rice
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 small onion
- 40 gr Dry Proteina MK
- 3-4 tablespoons of tomato sauce
- 2 stalks of green onions
- 250 ml of milk
- 40 gr of grated cheese
- 50 gr of mozzarella cheese
- 2 tsp salt
- Pepper
- Oregano (optional)
Directions:
- Sauté the garlic and onion until fragrant then add the Proteina. Stir well.
- Add cooked rice and stir. Add spring onions, salt, pepper, cheese and tomato sauce, then mix well.
- Pour in the milk, stir, then let it stand until absorbed.
- Prepare a heat-resistant container, and put in the rice. Add mozzarella cheese and sprinkle oregano on top.
- Bake in the oven at 150°C for about 5-7 minutes.
