Black Pepper Beef & Broccoli

(2-3 servings)

Ingredients :

  • 2 cloves of minced garlic
  • ½ large onion (or 1 small onion)
  • 40 grams of sliced ​​Proteina that has been soaked in water, kneaded and drained with repetitions of 2-3x
  • 3 red curly chilies (or 1 bell pepper)

  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp sweet soy sauce
  • ½ tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 150 ml of water/broth water
  • Salt, sugar, broth powder

Directions:

  1. Boil the broccoli (don't overcook it because it will cook again later). Set aside.
  2. Saute garlic and onion until fragrant. Add red chilies.
  3. Add Proteina and mix well
  4. Add oyster sauce, sweet soy sauce, soy sauce, black pepper, seasonings, then stir evenly.
  5. Add water then add the half-cooked broccoli. Cook until broccoli is cooked. If the gravy is too runny, you can add cornstarch.
  6. Ready to serve.
