2 Servings
Ingredients :
- 40gr Dry Proteina LS that has been soaked in water, kneaded, and drained with repetitions of 2-3x
- 2 servings of misoa
- 5 cloves of shallots
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 1 stalk of green onion
- ½ segment ginger sliced
- 30 ml of oil
- 2 tbsp sweet soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- ½ tbsp soy sauce
- ½ tsp fish sauce
- ½ tsp sesame oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Powdered Broth
Directions:
- Sauté the garlic and shallots until fragrant then add the spring onions. Sauté for a minute.
- Add Proteina and mix well
- Add sweet soy sauce, oyster sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, and seasoning to taste. Mix well then add water sufficiently
- Taste. If the taste is great then remove and set aside.
- Boil misoa until cooked then set aside.
- Prepare a bowl to serve
- Bring the misoa into the bowl. Add the seasoned Proteina on top the misoa
- Sprinkle the green onions and fried onions.
- Ready to serve.
