Chicken Misoa with Soy Sauce

2 Servings

Ingredients :

  • 40gr Dry Proteina LS that has been soaked in water, kneaded, and drained with repetitions of 2-3x⁠
  • 2 servings of misoa
  • 5 cloves of shallots
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 1 stalk of green onion
  • ½ segment ginger sliced ​​
  • 30 ml of oil
  • 2 tbsp sweet soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • ½ tbsp soy sauce
  • ½ tsp fish sauce
  • ½ tsp sesame oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Powdered Broth

Directions:

  1. Sauté the garlic and shallots until fragrant then add the spring onions. Sauté for a minute. ⁠
  2. Add Proteina and mix well
  3. Add sweet soy sauce, oyster sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, and seasoning to taste. Mix well then add water sufficiently
  4. Taste. If the taste is great then remove and set aside.
  5. Boil misoa until cooked then set aside.
  6. Prepare a bowl to serve
  7. Bring the misoa into the bowl. Add the seasoned Proteina on top the misoa
  8. Sprinkle the green onions and fried onions.
  9. Ready to serve.
