Ingredients :
- For Nasi uduk (Indonesian coconut rice):
- Uncooked Rice 300g
- 1 stick of lemongrass
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 lime leaf
- 50 ml coconut milk
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp broth powder
- For Proteina Seasoning:
- 50 gr Proteina L shredded (in the blender for 5 seconds or shredded by hand)
- 2 pieces of lime leaves
- 1 segment of galangal
- 1 stick of lemongrass
- Salt, sugar, and broth powder
- Ground Spices Preparation:
- 6 cloves of shallots
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 1 piece of candlenuts
- 10 curly chilies
- 1 tsp salt
- Other Ingredients:
- Omelet (thinly sliced)
- Stirred-fry Tempe
- ¼ board of Tempe
- 4 cloves of shallots
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 6 curly chilies
- 1 tbsp sweet soy sauce
- Salt
Directions:
- To make nasi uduk, put the ingredients needed into the rice cooker then cook until the rice is cooked.
- Put the Proteina seasoning into a blender until smooth.
- Saute the spices that have been blended. Add lime leaves, galangal, and lemongrass. Sauté until fragrant
- Add enough water and stir well.
- Add the shredded Proteina and stir well.
- Add salt, sugar, and broth powder. Taste the seasoning.
- Let the spices absorb for a minute and wait until the water boil. Set aside.
- Cook the other ingredients (omelet and stirred-fry tempe).
- Bring Nasi uduk, Stirred-fry Proteina, and other complementary into a plate.
- Proteina-Style Nasi uduk is ready to be served.
