Proteina Mayonnaise Sauce

(2 servings)

Ingredients :

  • 40gr Dry Proteina LS that has been soaked in water, kneaded, and drained with repetitions of 2-3x⁠
  • 2 cloves of minced garlic
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • Flour mixture (30 gr all-purpose flour, 10 gr cornstarch, a pinch of baking powder, ¼ tsp salt, ¼ tsp broth powder, 65 ml water)

 

  • Mayonnaise sauce
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • a pinch of salt

Directions:

  1. Seasoning Proteina with garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Stir well and then let it stand for around 15 minutes.
  2. After 15 minutes, take the Proteina, rub it in the cornstarch (just a little) then dip it into the flour mixture.
  3. Fry the Proteina that has been coated with flour mixture until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
  4. For the sauce, mix mayonnaise, sweetened condensed milk, lime juice, and a little salt. Mix well and don't forget to taste. If it's too thick, you can add a little water.
  5. Add the Fried Proteina into the mayonnaise sauce that has been made. Stir evenly.
  6. Serve while warm. It can be sprinkled with toasted sesame seeds.
