Ingredients :
- Water to boil pasta
- 80 gr of dry pasta
- ¼ tsp salt
- ½ tbsp cooking oil
- 2 cloves of garlic
- ½ onion
- 25 grams of dried sliced Proteina that has been soaked in water, kneade,d and drained by repetitions 2-3x
- ½ tbsp soy sauce
- ½ tsp brown sugar (or regular sugar)
- ¼ tsp smoked paprika (or regular paprika)
- Pepper
- 150 ml of milk
- 1 ½ tbsp tomato sauce
- 3 blended tomatoes (tomato puree)
- 15 gr of cheese (can be other variations)
- 30 gr of cheese
- Salt, pepper, broth powder
- Oregano/parsley
Directions:
- Boil water, after boiling then add pasta. Add oil and salt. Boil the pasta until almost cooked (don't overcook it as it will cook again later). Lift and drain. Flush with cold water. Drain again and set aside.
- Heat butter then add the garlic. Sauté until the aroma comes out then add the onions. Sauté until fragrant.
- Put in Proteina then add soy sauce, brown sugar, smoked paprika ,and pepper then mix well. Don't forget to taste.
- Add pasta. Stir evenly.
- Put in tomato sauce and tomato puree.
- Add milk and cheese. Seasoning with salt, peppe,r and broth powder and mix well. Taste. If the sauce is not thick enough, you can add a little water mixed with flour
- When the taste is perfect, turn off the heat.
- Move it to a plate. Sprinkle with parsley/oregano
- Serve while warm
