Tumis bumbu halus hingga harum. Tambahkan sedikit air\/air santan. Masukkan serai, salam, dan laos lalu aduk rata.<\/li>\n<li>Masukkan Proteina, aduk-aduk sebentar lalu masukkan wortel dan kentang.<\/li>\n<li>Tambahkan garam, gula, dan kaldu bubuk secukupnya lalu aduk rata. Cicipi untuk mengoreksi rasa.<\/li>\n<li>Biarkan hingga bumbu meresap dan air matang. Matikan api dan sisihkan.<\/li>\n<li>Ambil sobekan daun pisang lalu ambil nasi secukupnya. Tambahkan tumisan Proteina. Gulung nasi lalu lipat kedua ujungnya.
