Masukkan spaghetti lalu beri minyak dan garam. Rebus spaghetti hingga matang. Angkat dan tiriskan. Siram dengan air dingin. Tiriskan kembali dan sisihkan.\u2060<\/li>\n<li>Panaskan mentega lalu tumis bawang bombay hingga harum.\u2060<\/li>\n<li>Masukkan Proteina lalu aduk-aduk sebentar. Tambahkan tomato puree, saus tomat lalu aduk rata. Apabila terlalu kental bisa ditambahkan air. \u2060<\/li>\n<li>Tambahkan garam, gula, kaldu bubuk, dan merica. Cicipi untuk mengoreksi rasa.\u2060<\/li>\n<li>Masukkan spaghetti ke dalam saus lalu aduk rata. Sisihkan. \u2060<\/li>\n<li>Untuk membauat saus cream keju, panaskan mentega hingga meleleh. Tambahkan tepung terigu lalu aduk rata. \u2060<\/li>\n<li>Masukkan susu. Aduk-aduk hingga tepung larut dan susu mendidih. \u2060<\/li>\n<li>Setelah mendidih, aduk-aduk lagi selama kurang lebih 1 menit.\u2060<\/li>\n<li>Masukkan keju lalu aduk hingga keju larut sempurna. \u2060<\/li>\n<li>Tambahkan garam, merica, dan kaldu bubuk secukupnya. Apabila rasa dan kekentalan saus sudah sesuai, matikan api lalu sisihkan. \u2060<\/li>\n<li>Siapkan wadah tahan panas, lalu masukkan spageti yang sudah diaduk dengan saus.
